That, and you get a clear, 360° front-row seat to the gently listing, serene world inside. Loftier teas like Açaí White are a sight to see—go for oolong if you really want a show. Unlike most tea pots, the strainer rests flush against the base of the spout, held tight by a spring and hook that attach to the lip. The Jumping Leaf satisfies all five senses in one elegant brewer.
